Amanda Murphy is a Minneapolis, MN native with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Montana State University in Bozeman. She started her recruiting/staffing career over 11 years ago as she transitioned out of retail management into full life cycle recruiting. Amanda has been on the agency side and on the corporate side of recruiting. One of her prized accomplishments was building a team of successful corporate recruiters for CBRE (responsible for filling over 1200 positions in 2012). Her role at CBRE gave her the opportunity to lead and/or participate in different corporate staffing initiatives; college recruitment, mass hiring, brand awareness, OFCCP compliance, behavioral interviewing, vendor selection, PeopleSoft 9.1 implementation, process improvement, market research, etc.
Amanda has experience in recruiting for roles (entry-level to senior leadership) in accounting, finance, IT, sales, marketing, human resources, property management, engineering, administration, etc. She has found that recruiting and identifying talent is one of her greatest strengths and greatest joys.
Amanda joined the entero team in 2013 and has loved playing a role in the growth and the building of entero. Her greatest desire is to service the entero clients and build long-lasting, trusting relationships.
